A specific part of our Karate Classes for teenagers at Amerikick Princeton in Lawrenceville is teaching respect and training to use their new knowledge self-defense training and when to not use them. We find that our students become more confident to stand up to bullies. And have more humility and kindness to others through their Karate class lesson.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothes you can do sport in! Not really suitable to practice kicks in a skirt.😳

Not at all. You will find that Karate classes are the PERFECT sport for teenagers who are not good at sport. Teens’ Karate Classes are individual after-school activities in a group.
The journey from white belt to black belt is different for each student. But what is the same, They improve coordination, balance, motor skills, focus, and discipline; plus, they make lots of great friends!
Our Instructors are highly skilled in teaching Karate classes. Really. It’s their PASSION!

Without them realizing they are learning, getting them active is our skill. Kicking and punching pads are such a great stress relief that kids blossom in all areas – because of their Karate training.
