Welcome to the official website for the AmeriKick Martial Arts in Lawrenceville/Princeton, NJ. AmeriKick ™ is a national martial arts association offering professional martial arts instruction and world champion training to men, women and children of all ages.
AmeriKick ™ in Princeton offers a wide variety of Martial Arts programs from AmeriKick Tiny Tigers (Ages 3-4 yrs), AmeriKick Little Dragons (Ages 5-7 yrs), AmeriKick Karate Kids (Ages 8-13 yrs), AmeriKick Adult Martial Arts (Ages 14+ yrs) and AKX Fitness Kickboxing (Ages 16+ yrs). All AmeriKick ™ programs are age specific and help students, regardless of their ability level to reach their full potential through the motivational and inspiring classes lead by AmeriKick’s professional and highly trained teaching staff.
AmeriKick ™ was founded in 1967 by Grandmaster Dennis Tosten and his wife Master Sharon Tosten. Over the past fifty years Grandmaster Tosten has trained with the best martial arts masters in the world including Ed Parker, Joe Lewis, Remy Presas, and Dr. Muang Gyi. This has given Grandmaster Dennis Tosten the ability and knowledge to develop the AmeriKick ™ Karate system which includes curriculums that are based on the traditional arts of Kenpo, Bando, Tae Kwon Do, Shotokan, Wushu, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Filipino Arnis, modern Boxing, Kickboxing and Sport Karate. Since AmeriKick ™ was founded in 1967, the organization has grown to over 30 locations in PA, NJ, RI, FL, WI, NY and MO! Our mission has been and will always be combining great teaching with great martial arts/ fitness.

Vince Little | Owner/Head Instructor
Introducing Coach Vince, a martial arts fanatic whose journey began the moment he stepped into Amerikick. From a young age, Vince was captivated by martial arts, urging his parents to take him to class as often as possible. His dedication bore fruit when he earned his first Black Belt at the tender age of 10.
As Vince’s passion for martial arts flourished, so did his skills. He embarked on a journey to local and national tournaments, eventually competing on an international level, including in Europe. Along the way, he clinched multiple world and national titles, cementing his status in the martial arts community.
However, Vince’s journey didn’t stop at competition. Embracing the teaching aspect of martial arts, he joined Amerikick’s aspiring Leadership Team at just 11 years old. Through hard work and dedication, he ascended the ranks, eventually becoming the Head Coach of Amerikick’s National Competition Team.

Brandon Roberts | Senior Instructor
Introducing Brandon Roberts, aka Coach Brandon, a dedicated martial artist with over a decade of experience in Karate. Having started his training at a young age, Coach Brandon has honed his skills and expertise, teaching for more than half of his journey.
In addition to his passion for Karate, Coach Brandon remains active in Martial Arts Acrobatics, specializing in “Tricking.” With his eyes set on further achievements, he aims to secure additional national and world championships as he continues to compete on the tournament circuit.

Mike Little | Owner/Manager
Meet Mike, a proud father of two talented children who are none other than Sensei Vince and Sensei Sophia. His journey with Amerikick began in the early 2000s when he enrolled his children in the program. Witnessing their growth and success, Mike’s belief in martial arts grew stronger.
As his children soared to become 1st and 3rd-degree black belts, Mike’s unwavering support for the sport became evident. In a remarkable turn of events, he teamed up with his son Vince to establish Amerikick Princeton, a decision that has since shaped the course of their lives.
With nearly a decade of experience as an Amerikick parent, Mike seamlessly transitioned into the role of Program Director at Amerikick Princeton. His welcoming demeanor and professionalism have earned him admiration from both parents and students alike. Affectionately known as “Sensei Dad” by some of the younger students, Mike has become an integral part of the Amerikick Princeton family, cherished by all.
Elizabeth McNeill | Senior Instructor
Meet Coach Liz McNeill, a dynamic force at Amerikick Princeton since its inception in 2017. Starting as a dedicated student, Coach Liz’s journey quickly transitioned to leadership as she leveraged her expertise as a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do to join our instructor team.
Currently serving as the head coordinator of Amerikick Princeton’s Leadership Team, Coach Liz plays a pivotal role in nurturing the development of our aspiring young instructors. Additionally, she wears multiple hats as one of our Key Desk Managers, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our school.
Beyond her martial arts prowess, Coach Liz brings a wealth of talent to the table, serving as a Senior Marketing Specialist in her professional career. Her passion for both martial arts and marketing exemplifies her dedication to excellence in all aspects of her life.
Neil Gladwin | Instructor
Meet Coach Neil Gladwin, a seasoned martial artist who embarked on his journey into the world of martial arts at the tender age of 6. From the outset, Neil exhibited a natural talent and dedication to his craft, earning his junior black belt by the age of 10.
Since then, Neil’s martial arts journey has been nothing short of remarkable. He currently holds the esteemed rank of 2nd-degree black belt in Kenpo, a testament to his years of hard work, discipline, and perseverance.
Neil’s commitment to martial arts extends beyond personal achievement. As a valued member of Amerikick Martial Arts, he serves as a coach to Amerikick’s Regional Competition Team, guiding and inspiring students of all ages to reach their full potential both on and off the mat. With multiple regional and national titles on the open martial arts circuit known as NASKA under his belt, Neil continues to exemplify the core values of martial arts and inspire those around him.
Aiden Anelauskas | Instructor
Introducing Coach Aiden Anelauskas, whose martial arts journey commenced at the age of 5, igniting a passion that would shape his life. By the age of 9, Aiden had achieved the prestigious milestone of earning his junior black belt, a testament to his dedication and perseverance at such a young age.
Fast forward to today, and Aiden stands tall as a 2nd-degree black belt, showcasing the culmination of years of hard work and commitment to his craft. At the age of 15, Aiden’s talent and dedication were recognized when he joined the Amerikick National Team, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter in his martial arts journey.
As a coach at Amerikick, Aiden brings his wealth of experience and expertise to the table, inspiring students to reach new heights and realize their full potential. With his impressive achievements and unwavering dedication, Aiden continues to embody the spirit of martial arts and serves as a role model for aspiring martial artists everywhere.
