About Amerikick Princeton Martial Arts and Vince Little

Coach Vince is a lifelong martial arts enthusiast whose journey began the moment he stepped into Amerikick. From an early age, he was hooked—begging his parents to take him to class as often as possible. That relentless drive paid off when he earned his first Black Belt at just 10 years old.

As his passion and talent grew, Vince began competing in local, national, and eventually international tournaments—including prestigious events across Europe. Over the years, he has secured multiple national and world titles, earning a reputation as one of the top competitors in the martial arts circuit.

But Vince's impact extends far beyond the ring. At just 11 years old, he joined Amerikick's Leadership Team, where he discovered a deep passion for teaching and mentoring others. Through years of dedication, he rose through the ranks to become the Head Coach of the Amerikick National Competition Team, where he now trains and inspires the next generation of martial arts champions.

Coach Vince is more than an accomplished martial artist—he's a leader, a mentor, and a driving force behind the growth of countless students. His journey is a testament to the power of passion, discipline, and hard work—and he's just getting started.

Mike is a proud father of two incredible martial artists—Vince and Sophia—whose journey into the world of martial arts began when he first enrolled them at Amerikick in the early 2000s. Watching their growth, discipline, and success firsthand sparked a deep appreciation for the impact martial arts can have on young lives.

As Vince and Sophia rose through the ranks to earn their black belts and become accomplished instructors, Mike's passion for the Amerikick mission only grew. Eventually, he joined the Amerikick Princeton team alongside his son, becoming a vital part of the school's success story.

Today, Mike serves as Desk Success Manager, where he brings warmth, professionalism, and a wealth of experience to the front lines of the student and parent experience. Affectionately known as "Sensei Dad" by many of the younger students, Mike is the heart of the front desk and a trusted connection for families old and new.

Known for his welcoming smile and genuine care for every student who walks through the door, Mike is an essential piece of the Amerikick Princeton team—and is loved by all who meet him.

Let me tell you about Chet. This kid played high level basketball all through school and was on a plane most weekends for national and world martial arts tournaments. Most kids pick one. He did both, and he did both at a level almost nobody reaches.

Multiple time WKA World Champion. Irish Open Champion. NASKA Champion. Captain of the Amerikick National Team.

Now he runs our Kids Program here at Princeton. Here's the part I love. He holds your seven year old to the same standard he held himself to. No shortcuts, no skipping steps. He'll tell your kid they can do better, then he'll stay and show them how!

Bryan walked into an Amerikick when he was seven years old. He's almost thirty now and he's still here, on the mat every single day. Do the math on that. This isn't a job he found, it's the thing he built his life around.

He competed nationally as a kid. Today he's belted in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and training MMA consistently, and he brings all of it straight back to our advanced students and black belts.

That matters more than parents realize. When your kid earns that black belt, the training can't stop growing or they walk away. Bryan makes sure there's always another layer waiting.

Sensei Mike was there at the start. He's one of Amerikick's original students, from the very first school on Cottman Avenue. Decades later, he's still on the mat every week.

He holds a 9th degree black belt, one of the highest ranks in the whole Amerikick organization. He's also in the Amerikick Internationals Hall of Fame, and he runs the Amerikick Regional Competition Team. That's the group where our most driven students learn to compete at the next level.

At Amerikick Princeton, Sensei Mike holds everything together. The Amerikick organization leans on him the same way. There aren't many people alive who know this system, its standards, and its history as well as he does. He helped build it.

So what does that mean for your kid? When your kid trains here, their coach learned from Sensei Mike, and Sensei Mike is right there on the same floor. Most martial arts schools can't say that. Your kid gets decades of know-how, a standard that doesn't bend, and a coach who has seen every kind of student walk through the door and figured out how to help each one grow.

That gives us an edge, and we don't take it lightly.

Camila started with us at six years old in Little Dragons. A little kid still figuring out how to hold a stance and stand still in line.

She's a black belt now. She's on our Leadership Team, she's on the Demo Team, and she travels to compete nationally.

Parents ask me all the time what actually happens if their kid stays with this. Camila is the answer. She didn't have some gift the other kids don't have. She kept showing up, year after year, and the kid who used to follow the line is the one leading it now.

The little ones watch every move she makes.

Before Gemma got here she was a competitive Level 8 gymnast. You can see it the second she steps on the mat. The control, the body awareness, the way she lands things most people are still learning how to attempt.

She's on the Amerikick National Team now, and she's been out on national competition stages all year in the 18 and over women's divisions.

Here's what that gives our kids. They're not watching somebody like this on a screen. She's in the building, training right next to them, and when one of our young students asks her how she does something, she stops and shows them.
