SMS Terms & Opt-In

Program Description

Amerikick Princeton Martial Arts ("Amerikick Princeton", "we", "us") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with prospective and current students and their parents/guardians. Messages may include trial-class scheduling, appointment confirmations, class reminders, follow-ups to inquiries you submit, account or billing notices, and occasional promotional offers from Amerikick Princeton.

How To Opt In

You opt in to the program by submitting one of our website forms — for example the "See My Personalized Program" trial form on our home page, the Summer Camp registration form, or the Birthday Party inquiry form — and checking the SMS consent box that reads:

"By checking this box, I agree to receive calls, texts (SMS/MMS), and emails from Amerikick Princeton at the phone number and email I provided, including for scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional promotions, sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and must be checked by you before the form can be submitted. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or enrollment.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your enrollment status. You can expect roughly 2–8 messages per month for active leads and students; frequency may be higher during scheduling of a trial class or event.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless carrier for details. Amerikick Princeton is not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.

HELP & STOP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (856) 263-2776 or Princeton@Amerikick.com.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS messages from this program at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers

The program is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through this program are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
